摘    要:在系统总结废铅酸蓄电池铅膏回收技术的基础上,本文提出了废铅膏—脱硫脱氧-碱性多羟基体系浸出-净化-电解沉积-转化—细碎工艺生产超细PbO粉体的工艺技术。该工艺与传统火法冶炼流程工艺相比,具有以下优点:①彻底消除了高温熔炼排放SO2、铅尘、铅渣等污染;②过程清洁,大大降低了能耗;③直接制备超细PbO粉体,可以直接作为生产蓄电池的铅粉,为废铅膏的循环利用提供了一种新思路。

Abstract:Based on the recycle technique of lead paste of used lead-acid battery, this paper proposed a technique of waste lead paste-desulfurizing and deoxidizing-leaching alkaline polyhydroxy system- purification- electrolytic deposition-transformation-comminution to product uhrafine PbO powder. Compared to the traditional pyrometallurgy, the process had following merits: ①The pollutants SO2, lead dust, and lead slag exhausted by high temperature smelting were completely removed; ②The energy consumption could be reduced greatly by the cleaner process; ③The uhrafine PbO powder prepared directly could be used for lead-acid battery production, which provided a new way of thinking over recycling waste lead paste.
