| 摘 要： | 针对国家电力部门实施的两部制电价政策,结合制盐企业发用电实际情况,拟提出:(1)运用隔离变压器改造电网运行结构,以减少基本电费支出；(2)实施分散式低周减载,实现制盐企业发用电设备经济安全运行.

| Abstract: | According to the two-part electricity price executed by national power department and combining with the practice situations,it is mentioned that：（1） Isolation transformer is applied to renovate the grid operation structure to reduce the power fee expenditure;（2） Under frequency load shedding with distribution is carried out to make power generation equipment running with economy and safety in salt production enterprise. |
