摘    要:通过分析主车架在履带式车辆中功能的基础上,对履带式车辆主车架的制造工艺进行了探讨,制订了主车架的制造及装配工艺,特别是液压行走马达安装部位的加工工艺,以及形成液压行走履带式车辆主车架设计与制造的关键技术,为液压行走履带式车辆主车架的样机制造打下了基础。

Abstract:Based on analyzing the functions of the main frames in tracked vehicles, this paper discussed the processing technique of main frames, formulated the manufacturing and assembly process of main frames, especially the technique of processing the installment position of hydraulic running motor. This study may lay foundation for manufacturing the prototypes of main frames of hydraulic running tracked vehicles.
