钾镁混盐“反浮选-转化法”制取软钾镁矾的研究

摘    要:软钾镁矾是生产硫酸钾的中间原料,也是一种优质无氯硫酸钾镁复合肥,实验以东台吉乃尔盐湖出产的钾镁混盐为原料,通过反浮选脱钠,加水转化的方法制取软钾镁矾,重点考察了浮选介质、药剂加入量、浮选转化温度等工艺条件,提出了一条“反浮选-转化法”制取软钾镁矾的工艺流程,具有较好的工业应用前景.

Abstract:Schoenite is a kind of intermediate material to produce potassium sulfate.And it is also a kind of good compound fertilizer without chlorine.In the experiment,schoenite was prepared by K-Mg mixing salt from dongtaijinaier salt lake with reverse flotation method to remove sodium and conversion method by adding water.The process conditions such as flotation media,dosage and flotation-conversion temperature were researched primarily.The process flow of schoenite preparation with reverse flotation and convention method was put forward,which has good industrial application prospect.
