B掺杂FePt基纳米复合膜的制备与磁学性能研究

摘    要:利用磁控溅射法将厚度可控的B掺杂到FePt多层膜中,构成FePtB多层膜体系。多层膜结构采用中间层掺杂和底层掺杂等方式组合,由此研究热处理温度与B掺杂对FePtB多层膜体系磁学性能的影响,分析成相过程。另一方面,B层作为中间层掺杂到FePt多层膜样品中构成不同B掺杂浓度的多层膜体系,通过X射线衍射等表征手段研究不同的掺杂浓度对FePt多层膜样品成相及退火温度的影响。实验结果表明,B掺杂的FePt多层膜样品的矫顽力大幅度提高,出现垂直择优取向;随着B层厚度的增加,FePtB多层膜体系的磁有序相比例增加,当B层为14nm时,FePtB多层膜体系展现良好的垂直取向特性。此外,B掺杂降低了FePt多层膜样品的退火温度。

Abstract:A series of B-doped FePt based nano-composite films were fabricated and the thickness of B layer was controlled after Fe/Pt ratio determined.First of all,interlayer method and underlayer method and their different combination method to were used fabricate the B-doped samples and effects of B-doping and annalling temperature on the magnetic properties of FePt multilayer samples were researched.Secondly,a series of B-doped FePt based nano-composite films with different B layer thickness were prepared using the interlayer doping method.The samples were measured to study the effect of different B-Doping concentration on the internal phase and annealing temperature of the FePt multilayer samples by X-ray diffraction(XRD),vibrating sample magnetometer,etc.Experiment results shows that after the doping of the B-layer,the coercivity of the FePt multilayer samples was appearently improved,and became perpendicular orientation.Along with thickness increases of the doped layer,FePtB multilayer sample ordering phase transitions became more fully and the FePt grain size of the sample have also been effectively controlled.When the B-layer was 14nm,FePtB multilayer samples had good characteristics of the perpendicular orientation.In addition,B-layer doped to the FePt multilayer films could reduce the annealing temperature.
