| 摘 要： | 中国一直处于高速城市化的进程,90m2及其以下的经济型住宅已成为了缓解市场中普通收入阶层买房难问题最有力的武器。文章分析了经济型住宅如何适应这个庞大而多样化的人群,并且如何为居住群体提供舒适而合理的生活方式,提出了现阶段建筑师在设计时需考虑的重点。

| Abstract: | Today, China has been in the rapid progress of urbanization. With the continued growth of house price, economically affordable residence has been the most powerful weapon to ease the trouble that general population couldn＇t purchase a house in today＇ s market. Howto adapt the economically affordable residence to the enormous and diverse crowds, and provide a reasonably comfortable life for the general population, should be the most important thing in architect＇s conception nowadays. |
