| 摘 要： | 针对工程实际调查了茗洋关水库大坝结构及填筑情况 ,在此基础上依据渗流观测资料和计算的成果 ,对大坝的渗流安全进行了评价 ,分析了该水库大坝运行管理中存在的渗流问题并提出了相应的解决措施。

| Abstract: | Pointing to engineering, the structure and filling conditions of Mingyangguan Reservoir Dam have been investigated. On the basis of the observational data of seepage and calculated results, the safety of the dam with seepage has been evaluated. The seepage problems in operation and administration of the dam are analyzed, and the measures to solve the problems are put forward. |
