| 摘 要： | 对现代人追求绿色建筑的需求及绿色建筑的定义进行了分析，从绿色建筑的特点方面进行了论述，提出了实现绿色建筑的途径，得出了中国发展绿色建筑的策略，从而促进绿色建筑的发展。
