空调管路系统的振动分析

摘    要:针对空调管路的振动问题,以某空调管路为研究对象,建立了该空调管路的有限元计算模型,并基于振动结构模态分析理论分析了该管路的振动模态特性。以模态分析结果为依据,研究了管路壁厚及阻尼配重对管路振动模态的影响,提出空调管路结构设计的建议,从而避免管路因振动而产生破裂,导致制冷剂泄露的事故。

Abstract:Aiming at the vibration problems of air-condition pipes,the finite element calculation model of air-condition pipes is established.On the basis of modality analytical theory of vibration structure,the modality characteristics of the air-condition pipes is analyzed.Taking the result of modality analysis as a basis,the influences of the pipes chickness and counterweight on the air-condition pipes modality are analyzed respectively,and suggestions on the air-condition pipes structural design are put forward,thus it is possible to avoid the pipes cracking caused by vibration,which may result in the leaking of coolant.The suggestions can provide references to this kind of analysis.
