摘    要:根据二维超声振动无磨料抛光过程,从变速特性、占空率、工件表层金属的变形、能量集中效应、抗振性和摩擦性质等方面研究了二维超声无磨料抛光加工机理.

Abstract:According to process of two-dimensional ultrasonic polishing without abrasives, the processing mechanism of two-dimensional ultrasonic polishing without abrasives were studied from the ratio change characteristics, the duty ratio, the deformation of metal surface, the energy concentration effect, the anti-vibration performance and the friction nature.
