摘    要:平行双回线路电流平衡保护具有不需要通道、不需要PT输入的优点。文章提出了适用于高压平行双回线的电流平衡保护方案,首先仿真分析了基于全量、故障分量、零序分量的电流平衡保护的优缺点,在此基础上提出了利用全量电流和零序电流构成综合启动判据、由故障分量构成选线判据的电流平衡保护方案,该方案较基于全量的电流平衡保护灵敏度高、相继动作区小,而且具有选相功能。

Abstract:Current balance protection included in transverse differential protection is free of communication and the input voltage.A novel scheme of current balance protection suitable to high voltage double-circuit transmission lines on the same tower is put forward.Firstly,by means of simulation the advantages and defects of current balance protection based on phase currents,fault component currents and zero-sequence currents are respectively analyzed;then on this basis,a novel current balance protection is proposed,in which the comprehensive starting criterion is composed of phase currents and zero-sequence currents,and the criterion for faulty line detection is composed of fault component currents.Comparing with current balance protection based on phase currents,the advantages of the proposed current balance protection are: more sensitive,smaller successive action area and possessing the function of faulty line detection.
