多锂引发剂制备充油SSBR

摘    要:合成了多锂引发剂,采用GPC法对多锂引发剂、偶联前及偶联后SSBR的相对分子质量分布进行了表征,并对制备SSBR充油胶进行了研究。结果表明,SSBR关前相对分子质量分布为1.8,偶联后相对分子质量分布可达到3.0;环烷油填充量为37.5时,试样的门尼粘度、物理机械性能较为稳定,且永久变形小。

Abstract:The relative molecular mass distribution (HI) of poly lithium initiator, SSBR fore - and - aft coupling reaction was characterized, while the polylith-ium initiator was prepared with n - BuLi as initiator and divinylbenzene as polyvinyl monomer. The preparation and property of oil - extended SSBR also were studied. It was found that HI of non - coupled SSBR was 1.8, and HI of coupled SSBR was 3.0. It wasshown that the general properties of oil - extended SS-BR prepared with polylithium as initiator were good and stable.
