摘    要:根据氯碱产业的现状和特点,分析氯碱产业及其相关产业的发展趋势,建议氯碱企业利用区域、资源等优势,实施差别化、规模化、精细化、绿色化发展。其发展路线有:依托大石化与大氯碱,形成产业互补,发挥沿海地区工业园区的集群效应;建设工业园区的氯碱产业树;发展高性能材料、传统精细化工产品、特种与专用PVC、主流高端精细化学品和磷化工产品及氯化法钛白粉等;煤化工与氯碱精细化工相结合,新能源与新材料相结合,氟硅材料与精细化学品相结合。

Abstract:Based on the present situation and characteristics of chlor-alkali industry, the development trend of chlor-alkali industry and that of the relative industry were introduced. The author suggests that chlor-alkali enterprises should take advantage of their favorable conditions, such as regional advantage, resource advantage, and etc, to build large-scale plant and develop along individual route towards the direction of fineness and environmental protection. The development routes are as follows: large-scale chlor-alkali industry relying on large-scale petrochemical industry, the two industries complementing each other to exploit the industrial cluster functions of industry parks in coastal regions to the full; building chlor-alkali industrial trees in industry parks; developing high performance materials, traditional fine chemicals, special PVC, mainstream and high quality fine chemicals, phosphorus chemicals, titanium dioxide produced by chlorination process, and etc. ; combining coal chemical industry and chlor-alkali fine chemical industry, combining new energy resources and new materials, combining fluorosilicon products and fine chemicals.
