新型SMA丝致动器的结构设计与实验研究

摘    要:针对航空航天领域的需求,提出一种新型形状记忆合金(SMA)致动器,即将两组合金丝对峙布置,利用螺母自锁累加位移,得到大推力和长行程。通过实验得到了SMA丝致动器的驱动性能指标。

Abstract:According to the needs in the area of aerospace,this paper presents a novel actuator based on shape memory alloy(SMA):lay out the SMA wire in symmetrical arrangement and cumulate the displacement through the self-locking nut in order to get the big thrust and long displacement.Also,we get the drive performance of SMA wire actuator through the experiment.
