基于射频技术的无线称重系统的设计

摘    要:为了满足公路超载检测系统以及吊秤等对无线称重的要求,开发了一种基于射频技术的无线数传模块。此模块用来实现称重传感器与称重显示器之间的无线数据传输,并利用该方法设计了一种无线称重系统。介绍了无线称重系统的原理和结构,并重点阐述了以CC1020射频芯片和PIC单片机为核心的无线数传模块的硬软件设计。实践证明,该系统具有称重精确、成本低廉、运行稳定、可靠性高等优点。

Abstract:In order to satisfy the need for wireless weighting in road over-loading detection system and crane scale, the radio frequency (RF) technology based wireless data transmission module is developed. This module was used to realize wireless data transmission between weighting sensor and display. A novel wireless weighting system was also designed by using this method. The principle and structure of this system was described, the hardware and software design of wireless data transmission module based on CC1020 RF chip and PIC single chip computer were discussed in detail. The practice shows that the system is accurate, stable, highly reliable and low-cost.
