57%钼精矿工艺研究及工业实践

摘    要:该研究针对某公司生产含钼52%的钼精矿,无法满足后续深加工的要求进行的。为了在确保回收率不降低的条件下,获得含钼大于57%的钼精矿,作者在对该矿进行了较为详细的工艺矿物学研究的基础上,确定粗精矿经浓缩脱药、阶段磨矿、阶段选别的工艺流程,在原矿品位为0.145%条件下,使用浮选柱+浮选机生产出品位为57.62%,回收率为98.37%的钼精矿,为钼的深加工提供了优质的原料。

Abstract:The research directed at the problem that 52% molybdenum - containing molybdenum concentrate in a company can not meet the requirements for subsequent processing. In order to get 57% molybdenum -con- taining molybdenum concentrate without reducing the recovery and on the base of detailed technology mineral research, the technological process was determined which is concentration reagent removal, stage grinding, and stage grading. Molybdenum concentrate with grade 57.62% , recovery 98.37 % was produced by flotation col- umn + flotation machine from raw ore with grade 0. 145%. So high - quality raw material was provided for the further processing.
