| 摘 要： | 分析了砼裂缝的类型及成因。介绍了能够针对不同的裂缝类型,使用不同处理工艺的新化学灌浆方法,与传统化学灌浆方法相比不仅减少了施工过程中的劳动强度,更能够保证对缺陷的处理质量,缩短施工工期,降低成本。论述了新化学灌浆的工艺流程、施工工具、灌浆材料的配合比及施工中各环节的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of the types of and causes for concrete crack,the author introduced the new chemical grouting technology with different treatment program for different types of cracks.Compared with traditional chemical grouting method,the new technology alleviates the labor intensity in the course of construction,renders more reliable treatment quality,shortens construction period and reduces cost.The author also introduced the technical procedures of new chemical grouting technology,including the construction tools,the mixing proportion of grouting materials,and the quality control methods for each construction procedure. |
