汽包水位自动调节系统调节不稳定的原因分析及其解决对策

摘    要:针对韶关发电厂10号机组汽包水位调节系统调节不稳定的问题,通过系统参数分析、不同水位计显示值的比较、不同测量点汽包水位测量信号的比较来分析问题产生的原因,认为屏幕显示器汽包水位显示值和汽包压力补偿系数不准确是导致调节系统调节混乱的主要原因,因此,重新校对汽包几何中心线和汽包水位变送器,重新设置汽包压力补偿曲线和比例、积分、微分(PID)参数。修改后,10号机组汽包水位调节品质良好。

Abstract:In view of the unstable control of the automatic control system for drum water level of Unit 10 in Shaoguan Power Plant, the cause of the problem was analyzed by analyzing the parameters of the system, comparing the readings of different water level gauges and comparing measurement signals of water level at different measuring points. It was of the opinion that the problem was mainly caused by inaccurate drum water level readings on CRT display and compensation factors of drum pressure. Consequently, the geometric center line and the water level transmitter of the drum were rechecked, the pressure compensating curve of the drum and the parameters of proportion, integral and PID reset. The problem was solved successfully after the amendment.
