| Abstract: | The challenges and problems will be encountered after the entrance to WTO are put forward, and the corresponding measures that we should take are pointed out. The important points of view include changing the idea, improving the management, and conforming to the international convention. Besides, we should enhance the competitiveness of the energy source enterprises so as to stand in an invincible position. |
