| 摘 要： | 介绍了柔性组织结构这一先进的组织方式的先进性及作用。阐述了在当今市场和经济条件变幻莫测的情况下实施组织结构柔性化的重要意义。探讨了实现组织结构柔性化的具体方法，并且对组织结构柔性实施过程中可能出现的问题提出了解决办法。最后提出虚拟公司是今后组织结构发展方向，并构建了虚拟公司的组织结构模型。
