| 摘 要： | 针对目前我国灭火救援的现状，作者提出了建立灭火救援圈，以快速、有效地跨区域处置重大灾害事故。该文设计了灭火救援圈半径计算的数学模型；并对确定后的灭火救援圈，设计了增加投资后的优化模型。研究成果在实践应用中取得了一定的效果。

| Abstract: | Aimed to the actuality of fire-fighting and rescue in China, the author put forward the opinion of creating loop of fire-fighting and rescue in order to deal with the great disaster rapidly and effectively. This article formulated the model for the radius calculation; and designed the optimizing model for the loop of fire-fighting and rescuing when adding investment. The research had been applied in the practice and had achieved certain successes. |
