汽轮机控制系统现场故障诊断技术的研究

摘    要:提出了汽轮机控制系统7种常见故障的诊断规则和模型,介绍了汽轮机超速、调节系统晃动、调节系统不能维持空负荷运行、主油泵磨损、调速油泵磨损、高压调节阀阀杆断裂、调节阀扩散器碎裂等7种故障的特征故障征兆和诊断规则,作者还给出了汽轮机控制系统基于可靠性理论的诊断模型,以及这7种故障发生概率的计算公式和一些应用实便。

Abstract:This paper presents diagnosing rules and models for 7 kinds of common faults on turbine control system.It describes charateristic signals,fault symptoms and diagnosing rules for the following faults:over speed of turbine rotor,shaking of governing system,incapability of maintaining turbine generator set runing on governing system,abrasion of main oil pump,abrasion of governing oil pump,downdrop of fractured control valve system,and fragmentation of control valve case.Fault diagnosis models based on the theory of reliability are illustrated as well as the calculating formulas of the above faults probability and some applications.
