摘    要:用稀盐酸和甲醇混合溶液提取柑桔和土壤样品中的多菌灵,并采用液相色谱法测定了样品中残留的多菌灵。检测线性范围为1~2000 ng,相关系数r = 0.9996,最低检出量1.0×10-10 g,最低检测浓度:土壤0.025 mg/kg;果肉、果皮和全果0.010 mg/kg。多菌灵在不同样品中的添加回收率在80.1%~105.4%之间,满足农药残留分析要求。

Abstract:A method was developed for the determination of carbendazim residue in soil and orange samples with methanol and HCl aqueous as extraction solvent. Results showed that the recovery rates were ranged from 80.1% to 105.4%, the lined range of carbendazim was from 1 to 2000 ng, its relative coefficient was 0.9996, and the determination limits was 0.025 mg/kg in soil and 0.010 mg/kg in orange, respectively.
