建筑劳务认证体系的研究

鉴于我国建筑业中劳动力素质与能力低下,无法适应行业的发展要求,本文借鉴英国国家职业资格标准,利用人力资源管理理论和能力本位评价理论,提出改革现行建筑劳务用工制度的思路,并针对建筑劳务人员,提出建立基于业绩评价的认证体系并进行了研究,以期推动我国建筑业的健康发展。

Research on Verification System of Construction Labor

Out of consideration of poor quality and competence of construction labor that cannot meet the require-ments of construction industry,the paper puts forward competence-based verification system for labor in construc-tion industry based on British National Vocational Qualification and theory of human resource management and competence in order to advance the development of the construction industry.
