Abstract:MCPET/PTT hybrid fibers were prepared by blending and melt spinning of PTT and MCPET pellets that had been made by researchers.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) was used to characterize the molecular structure of MCPET/PTT hybrid fibers,and no significant peak shift or generation of new peaks was observed on the FT-IR spectrum,indicating that no transesterification reaction and terminal group reaction occurred between MCPET and PTT.The compatibility of MCPET/PTT hybrid was studied by differenti...
