热辊强度的有限元分析与计算

摘    要:以TK1101A型热辊通装中的热辊结构作为研究对象,利用有限元分析的方法,对该热辊结构在高温和高转速下的强度进行了深入分析。通过三维数字化建模建立热辊数学模型,导入到ANSYS中,尽量采用六面体网格划分,过渡地方使用四面体网格,从而提高了计算的精度,对整个热辊结构提出科学合理的分析方法,全面了解了热辊的强度和刚度状况
