| 摘 要： | 针对油气润滑技术在高速纸机干燥部的应用,建立起结构简单的主站+卫星站润滑系统模式。通过对关键部件的选取、部件的设计、部分参数的选取,特别是对油气润滑技术对在高速纸机上应用过程中废气、废油的处理、控制点的监测等内容的完善,大大提高了油气润滑技术在纸机干燥部上的应用可行性。

| Abstract: | With the application of the air-oil lubrication technology in high-speed paper machine dryer section,the model of more simple lubrication system which was called primary station+ satellite station was built.Through choosing and designing key pates,selecting parameters,and solving some questions such as the exhaust gas and waste oil,and some point monitoring and so on,the air-oil lubrication technology was feasible to be applied in paper machine dryer section. |
