| 摘 要： | 介绍了超细旦Tencel纤维原料的性能特点,分析了Tencel 6.56 tex纱的生产难点,探讨了工艺流程设计和生产中的关键技术措施。生产中各工序通过优化配置工艺参数,保证了纺纱的顺利进行,提高了成纱质量。

| Abstract: | Properties of Tencel fiber were introduced,processing difficulties of Tencel 6.56 tex yarn were analysed and processing design and key measures in its production were discussed.Optimal parameters arrangement of varions process guaranted smooth spinnng and improved yarn quality. |
