| 摘 要： | 基于全球价值链（GVC）的分析框架，本文提出了产业集群实现升级的四种模式（技术模式、市场模式、环节模式、整体模式）和三条路径（技术和市场双向驱动、节点企业关键切入和创建区域品牌），并以绍兴市纺织产业集群为例，实证研究了其在全球价值中的升级模式与路径选择，指出产业集群在GVC中的升级是一个动态的、系统的工程；产业集群的升级应可本地专业市场互动、融合，实现在GVC的高位嵌入和持续攀升。
