| 摘 要： | 首先综合论述了目前可用于军用电子装备数字系统的自动测试技术，然后介绍了一种适用于海军新型舰载电子装备数字电路板的故障诊断技术，经过对部分雷达、电子战以及指控系统等舰载电子装备数字电路板的实际运用，表明该项技术能够实现对海军新型舰载电子装备的故障诊断。

| Abstract: | The automatic test technologies suited for digital system of military equipment are descibed comprehensively at first in this paper. Then, a fault diagnostic technology fit for digital PCB of shipborne electronic equipment of navy is introduced. The fact that this technology works better on digital PCB of shipborne electronic equipment, such as radar, EW,C 3I, etc, illustrates that this technology can achieve the task of fault diagnosis for naval new shipborne electronic equipment. |
