高精度复杂波导组件的焊接技术研究

摘    要:分析了钎焊和电子束焊的特点,提出了研制CB-101型中压电子束焊机和ZHS-132型真空钎焊设备的主要技术指标。采用电子束焊完成的大型法兰已成功地应用于某新型雷达的阵列天线。对高精度复杂波导组件的一种主要连接方法——真空钎焊进行了工艺技术研究。指出联合采用上述两种方法将进一步完善大型复杂波导组件的精密焊接。

Abstract:Features of brazing and electron beam welding (EBW) are presented in this article. The main technical specifications required to develop the CB-101 medium-voltage EBW equipment and the ZHS-132 vacuum brazing furnace are given. The large flange welded by using EBW has been successfully used in the array antenna of new radar. Vacuum brazing, an important connecting technique of complex high-precision waveguide assembly,is also studied on the process technology. Finally,it is pointed out that the joint use of two methods described above will improve further the welding of large,complex high-precision waveguide assembly.
