| 摘 要： | 介绍了企业核心能力与知识资本的概念与构成，分析了知识资本管理对企业核心能力的影响，给出了二者的作用关系式。最后给出了实施知识资本管理的过程模型。

| Abstract: | The concept and compositions of the core competence of enterprises and intellectual capital were described in this paper. Then, the influence that intellectual capital acts on the core competence of enterprises was analyzed and the formula that represents the interaction relationship between them was provided. Finally, the process model of intellectual capital management for core competence was provided. |
