硅橡胶的等离子体表面亲水改性

摘    要:利用甲醇等离子体对硅橡胶进行表面亲水改性,并利用光电子能谱和接触角测量研究了表面亲水改性效果和表面动力学性质。结果表明,甲醇等离子体通过等离子体聚合在硅橡胶表面形成覆盖层,可以使硅橡胶良好的亲水性,并能使这一性质较好地保持。

Abstract:In this paper, surface modification of silicone rubber by methanol plasma was studied by the aid of XPS and contact angle technique. It is found that the treatment could well improve the surface hydrophilicity of silicone rubber because of the forming of overcoating through plasma polymerization. A good surface dynamics character is also attained that the improved surface hydrophilicity could be maintained for a long period.
