摘    要:介绍了阳离子交换树脂催化剂Amberlyst 35在A、B两公司催化裂化轻汽油醚化装置上工业应用的情况。工业应用结果表明:Amberlyst 35催化剂具有活性高及开工过程简单等特点,在Amberlyst 35催化剂作用下,A公司和B公司均可生产出低烯烃含量、高辛烷值的醚化汽油产品;经过三段醚化后,A公司工况一和工况二的异戊烯总转化率分别为97.59%、95.54%,甲基叔戊基醚的选择性分别为93.48%、97.15%;B公司的异戊烯总转化率为97.21%,甲基叔戊基醚的选择性为87.15%。

Abstract:The industrial applications of the positive ion resin catalyst Amberlyst 35 in FCC light gasoline etherification unit of A and B companies were introduced. The results indicate that the catalyst has outstanding characteristics of high activity and simple starting-up. Both A and B company can produce low olefin and premium etherified gasoline over the catalyst. By a three-stage etherification,the total conversion rates of isoamylene are 97.59%,95.54% and the selectivities of tertiary amyl methyl ether (TAME) are 93.48%, 97.15% under the working conditions of case I and case II , respectively in company A. The total conversion rate of isoamylene is 97.21% and the TAME selectivity is 87.15% in company B.
