摩托车电控汽油喷射系统控制策略的研究

摘    要:本文以自主开发的MicroEMS摩托车电控汽油喷射系统为应用实例来介绍电喷系统的控制策略。其中重点介绍了控制单元ECU的组成及软件的设计与开发。该系统按照发动机运行的不同工况分成 6种控制模式 ,其中每种控制模式在信号输出之前要根据各个传感器的情况进行参数修正 ,最后输出给执行器 (喷油器、点火线圈 ) ,实现对电喷摩托车汽油机的全工况控制和管理

Abstract:Based on MicroEMS system, this paper introduces the strategies of motorcycle electronically controlled fuel injection system. The design of the electronic control unit (ECU) about both hardware and software is presented in detail. Depending on the different operating conditions of the engine, six control modes are set up in software. The parameters in each control mode are calibrated by the situation of the corresponding sensors, and then the output signals are transmitted to the executors such as the injector and the ignition coil. As a result, the electronic control and management on the motorcycle engine has been realized.
