| 摘 要： | 高校工科毕业论文写作是培养学生创新精神的重要一环，但由于现存教育体制所造成的多方面的原因没有能够很好地实现这一目标．分析了阻碍创新精神培养目标实现的根源，提出了具体的改进措施：更新教育理念，在论文写作过程中培养学生的创造精神；引入激励机制，使学生产生持久的学习动力；重视毕业论文选题，进行良好的个性化指导；实行毕业论文全程质量监控，建立一个科学的论文质量评价体系；加强大学生写作技能的培养、训练．

| Abstract: | The writing of graduation theses is one important link for engineering, students to develop creativity in colleges and universities. Because of the various reasons caused by the present educational system, this target has not been well accomplished. This paper analyzes the roots for hindering the realization of this target, and puts forward specific improving measures. |
