| 摘 要： | 本文介绍苏州工业园区职业技术学院基于CDIO工程教育模式制定的高职软件技术专业人才培养方案,探讨基于CDIO工程教育模式的软件人才培养方案制定方法,包括工作过程系统化的高职软件技术专业课程体系构建、核心专业课程开发、模块化教学与学期项目的实施,最后提出该方案实施所必备的师资条件、实验实训条件等。

| Abstract: | In this article, we introduce the training scheme for the student from software engineering in IVT（Suzhou Industrial Park Institute of Vocational Technology） based on the CDIO model of engineering education and discuss the formulation method including software engineering course system construction based on systematic work process, the core course development, implementation of modular teaching and term project. At last, we point out the need of teacher and practice conditions for implementation of the scheme. |
