海带多糖在农业生产中应用

摘    要:许多藻类因富含糖、蛋白质、脂肪、无机盐、各种维生素、微量元素以及常量元素,被人类用作绿色食品。藻类植物中含有大量生物活性物质,尤其是海带属藻类,故大量藻类植物及其提取物可作为植物生长调节剂及抗性诱导剂在农业生产中广泛应用。介绍了海带多糖的理化性质、生物学特性及其在植物保护、作物生长与发育和果蔬保鲜等农业上的应用。

Abstract:Marine algal seaweed species are often regarded as underutilized bioresources.Many have been used as sources of food, industrial raw materials,and been in therapeutic and botanical applications for centuries.Seaweed-derived products have been widely used as amendments in crop production systems due to the presence of a number of plant growth-stimulating compounds.This paper describes the physiological and ecological capacities,and introduces the application and development of laminarin in crop protection, plant growth and development,and fruits and vegetables preservation.
