| Abstract: | The dielectric performance parameters of constructing electrical apparatus was analyzed and the confirming methods of the clearance and creepage distance related directly with dielectric performance and the dielectric performance testing and measure method of different projects were introduced as well.In the end,samples and normal dielectric testing rules of different products were expatiated. |
