Study on the Mode of Talent Training of Alternation of Working and Learning for the Speciality of Electrical Technology in Higher Vocational Education

Combined with the teaching practice in higher vocational education,the talents training pattern of work alternating with study by cooperation between colleges and enterprises for Electrical Automation Technology major is discussed,the practice,exploration,understanding and reflection about the mode of work alternating with study are illustrated.
