| 摘 要： | 通过对Φ５００ｍｍ轧机主电机起动过程的测试与分析，找出电机转子回路发生事故的原因，对频敏变阻器的接线进行改进，消除了故障，保证了电机正常运行．

| Abstract: | This work inspects and analyzes starting process of main motor in 500mm rolling mill. It found out reasons of the accident in rotor circuit of the motor. Wirings ot frequency-sensitive rheostats have been improved and faults have been eliminat- ed. Therefore, the motor is running smoothly. |
