摘    要:采用了一种机械分散方法制得了呈胶体态的树脂成分(CRC,Colloidal Resin Component)模拟物,并考察了模拟物对新闻纸抄造常用助留体系(PEO/PFR,PEI/CPAM)的影响.着重分析了油酸模拟物、三油酸甘油酯模拟物对系统中Zeta电位、阳离子需求量和一次留着率等参数的影响,并对两种模拟物的影响机理进行了探讨.

Abstract:Nowadays the mechanical pulps are widely used in the production of newsprint. Resin is the main component of wood extractives,which is harmful to the paper quality especially of newsprint. When the mill whitewater is closure, the problems become more noticeable.In this work, the CRC (colloid resin component) simulacrum was prepared by individually dispersing the oleic acid and glyceride with amechanic method, and the influence of the simulacrum on the efficiency of common retention aid system (PEO/PFR, PEI/CPAM) innewsprint production was investigated. It was found that some of the wet-end characteristics such as cationic demand, zeta potential, andfirst pass retention were remarkably affected by the CRC simulacrum. The first pass retention decreased from 75.7% to 69.2% (oleic glyc-erin)and from 81.7% to 78.4% (oleic acid) when PEO/PFR retention aid system was used and from 78.6% to 75.4% (oleic glycerin) and74.3% to 70.1% (oleic acid) when PEI/CPAM was applied.
