均匀抽出器在原油储罐上的应用

近几年来,兰州炼化总厂炼油厂进厂原油品种多,性质差异大,在同一罐中贮存多种原油,给生产带来很大困难。经过调查研究,确定采用以原油均匀抽出器为主,并辅以其它手段来改善原油的均匀混炼。通过对正常生产与苛刻进油两种状态是否装设原油均匀抽出器以及不同形式的均匀抽出器进行比较。建议在设计标准中把均匀抽出器作为油罐的一个配件与原油自动采样器有机地结合起来;在工艺上建议均匀抽出器与管道静态混合器同时使用。

APPLICATION OF EVEN SUCTION DEVICE IN CRUDE TANK

In the past years, crudes delivered to the refinery of Lanzhou Petroleum Refining and Petrochemical Works were diversified and varied greatly in characteristics. Storing crudes of different kinds in one tank resulted in difficulties for normal production. Based on investigation, it is determined to adopt an even suction device for crudes dominately, together with other methods to improve the processing of mixed crudes. Comparison of whether install the even suction device or not in two cases, i. e. in normal production and in severe feeding as well as comparison between different types of the device were made. It was suggested that in design standard the even suction device should be considered as an attachment of oil tank and integrated with the automatic crude sampler. In addition, the even suction device should be adopted together with the pipe static mixer.
