无源OLED显示屏亮度均匀性研究

摘    要:利用无源矩阵驱动原理,计算了有机发光二极管(OLED)器件中阴极和阳极电阻上的电压降.结果表明,恒压驱动条件下,电阻上的压降将产生严重的亮度不均匀性.分析表明辅助电极可以改善亮度非均匀性.采用恒流驱动及高效率的OLED可以进一步提高亮度均匀性,降低功耗.计算及分析结果与实验现象一致.

Abstract:Based upon passive matrix-driven theory,the voltage drop acrocs the electrodes of OLED is calculated.The results indicate that,under constant voltage-driven condition,the voltage drop across the electrodes will dramatically result in the poor uniformity when increasing the display area.The analyses show that auxiliary electrode can improve the brightness uniformity.Constant-driver and higher efficiency LEDs can further improve the brightness uniformity and decrease the power consumption.The mathematical expressions are verified by the experiment results.
