杂多酸-聚合物复合膜催化合成乙酸乙酯

摘    要:制备了Keggin型磷钼酸-聚苯醚复合膜催化剂,用DSC,FTIR,SEM等分析方法对催化剂进行了表征。以该复合膜催化合成乙酸乙酯作为探针反应,考察了反应物配比、催化剂用量、反应时间及催化剂重复使用次数对催化剂活性的影响。研究发现,该固载型杂多酸催化剂对乙酸乙酯合成具有较高的催化活性,此类聚合物固载型杂多酸采用有机无机复合的方式形成,具有制备简单、催化活性较高、可再生、催化剂易回收等优点。在最佳反应条件下,乙酸乙酯的收率可达到70.5%。

Abstract:A H3PMo12O40 -polymer composite film catalyst was prepared,and was characterized by DSC,FTIR and SEM. Using it as catalyst, ethanol esterification with acetic acid as probe reaction, effects of ethanol/acetic acid volume ratio,catalyst amount,reaction time and catalyst reuse cycles on catalytic activity were investigated. The catalyst had strong catalytic activity and definite regeneration behavior. The heteropoly acid-polymer composite film was synthesized conveniently by organic-inorganic blending, and can be separated and recovered easily after reaction. Yield of ethyl acetate can reach 70.5% under optimized conditions.
