汽车用精密钢管现状

介绍了我国汽车及零部件制造业的快速发展对汽车用钢管的产品数量、品种和质量要求的新变化。叙述了汽车用精密钢管生产的工艺技术要求,以及主要钢管生产企业的技术装备和生产能力现状。分析了汽车用管在国产化规模、系列化、专业化生产、供货技术规范的标准化等方面存在的主要问题。提出实现汽车用管的本地化集中采购是降低成本的有效手段,并通过配套完善汽车用精密钢管生产所必需的工艺技术装备,实现专业化、规模化生产,完善"产—销—研"国产化运行体系,提供优质原材料,满足我国汽车零部件制造业发展要求。
