矿物掺合料对大流动性轻混凝土拌和物性能的影响

摘    要:针对轻混凝土拌和物在大流动性条件下,易于分层而导致工作性不良的现象,采用L-800混凝土拌和物流动性能测定仪,结合混凝土拌和物性能测定方法,研究了粉煤灰和硅灰等矿物掺合料对大流动性轻混凝土(HFLC)拌和物在不同时间间隔时流过40 cm距离的流动时间t(40,T)、坍落度和扩展度等工作性能的影响.结果表明,掺加矿物掺合料是保证HFLC拌和物具有较好性能的关键因素,Ⅰ级粉煤灰和硅灰的最佳掺量分别为水泥总用量的30%和2%.
