摘    要:转子系统的正常运转需要合适的间隙,制造和安装误差以及使用过程中的磨损,使得转子系统中的间隙发生变化,影响机械系统的正常运转,因此间隙系统研究非常重要。介绍了连续接触模型、分离-接触的二状态模型、接触-分离-碰撞模型3种含间隙机构的代表性建模方法,分析了不同模型的适用情况及优缺点,并对各模型的求解方法进行了总结,概述了国内外具有代表性的间隙机构动力学实验及其取得的成果,最后总结了现阶段的主要研究内容并对今后的研究进行了展望。

Research Progress of System Dynamics with Clearance
Abstract:The normal operation of the rotor system requires proper clearance. The clearance was changed in the rotor system by manufacturing error, fixing error and wear in the course of using, so it is very important to research on the clearance system which affected the mechanical system work normally. The three typical modeling methods were introduced for the mechanism with clearances, such as the continuous contact model, separation contact model with two states and the contacts separation collision model. Advantages and disadvantages and applicable condition of different models were analyzed, and solving method for each model was summarized. Dynamics experiments and achievements obtained on the representative mechanism with clearances in domestic and from abroad were reviewed. At the end, the main present field of research of it is summarized, and the research in the future is prospected.
