摘 要: | 以某大口径火炮自动装填系统弹丸举升机构为研究对象,建立了驱动源来自于液压动力的系统模型。为解决大惯量负载在快速提升过程中存在的振动和冲击问题,利用ADAMS提供的控制工具包设计了PD闭环控制并对其参数进行了整定。仿真结果表明:弹丸举升机构在液压缸的驱动和PD控制下,可以完成工作过程中的主要动作,工作可靠平稳。

Simulation and Closed-loop Control of Elevating Conveyer of Automatic Loading System Based on ADAMS Module |

Abstract: | Taking the elevating conveyer of automatic loading system in the large caliber artillery as object, ADAMS was used to design the model, which motivity is supplied by hydraulic system. PD closed-loop control was designed by control box in ADAMS to solve the vibration question in the working process of load which is big inertia. The results show that the elevating conveyer can execute the major action under the driving of hydraulic cylinder and PD control , it works reliably and smoothly. |
