水分散粒剂悬浮率的影响因素

摘    要:对水田除草剂水分散粒剂悬浮率影响因素进行了研究。总结出助剂、制粒方法、产品粒度、干燥温度及干燥时间对悬浮率的影响规律,提出了优化加工方法的思路,并对该制剂中的崩解剂和润湿分散剂进行了选择,根据若戈验结果研制出了性能优良的配方,悬浮率符合水分散粒剂的技术指标要求,解决了该制剂悬浮率低的难题。该制剂配方合理、理化性能稳定、生产操作简便和经济效益显著。

Abstract:The influencing factors of suspending rate for the water dispersible granules(WG),such as adjuvants,preparation procedure,granularity,desiccation temperature and time were studied.Based on these experimental results an optimized formula and preparation procedure was obtained.The suspension rate satisfied the quality standard of water dispersible granules.The formula proved to be reasonable.The physical and chemical properties of the corresponding preparation were stable.And the manufacture method was simple and economical.
